- Resolve complex complaints and billing issues
- Provide technical support and assist with installations
- Check account status and recommend products
- Inform customers about promotions
- Report issues to management
Requirements:
- High School (+2)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in Nepali and English (Required)
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
